1 Butternut Squash
1 Sweet Potato

1/4 cup shredded Parmeson Cheese
2 cloves of Garlic (minced)
Rosemary
Savory
Paprika
Dried Parsley
Grapeseed Oil (an oil that has a higher smoking temp)
Olive Oil
